From here you can download a copy of our installation instructions, which give detailed instructions on erecting fabricated gates (Penstocks) fitted with neoprene seals. It is important to realize that whilst every care is taken in assembling the gates in the factory, both gates and frames are flexible to some extent, and therefore, deflections and distortions can and do occur during transport and installation. Although the seals themselves will cater for minor distortions, it is essential that these be eliminated as completely as possible when the gates are installed, by making the adjustments described herein.

A set of these instructions is provided with every gate which is not being installed by ourselves, and we strongly recommend that they be followed closely in order to ensure optimum performance and service from the equipment.
